Bhagavad Gita continued:

Stanza 101:

However, those who are strongly gripped by this Maya (three traits) will find it difficult to meditate on ME.

Those who by their selfless actions (purity of action free from desires and attachments) wipe out their sins (Karma), and are be able to overcome desires and hatred, will able to meditate on ME steadfastly.

Stanza 104:

After several births of purification, one treads into the path of knowledge (seeking the realisation of the Supreme Being). Even among them rarely one will be able to realise ME as the ABSOLUTE (in total).

Stanza 105:

People according to their instincts, traits and tendencies worship different divine manifestations (Gods and Goddesses which are various laws of nature) according to their prescribed ways of propitiation for the fulfilment of their desires.

Stanza 106:

Whoever worship which ever divine manifestation (form of God) with devotion, I guide them to their respective Gods (divine forms), fulfilling their worship.

Stanza 107:

Whoever tries to overcome old age and death by trying for salvation by way of total surrender to ME, such a person will come to know the true meaning of spirituality and karma.

Stanza 108:

He who is able to ALIGN his body, mind and spirit (consciousness) with ME at least before the time of death (though lately), such a person will reach ME .

The Role of the Subconscious Mind in Reaching the Supreme Being

Stanza 109:

Whoever focusses on ME (repeating my name) at the time of death and discord his body, such a person will reach ME and there is no doubt about it.

[Whatever is one’s thinking at the time of death, the consciousness (soul) of that person will be sucked into that particular frequency of the nature (a layer in the creation) because his mind has aligned with that vibration. Undoubtedly, it is difficult to think of the Supreme Being unless the NATURE of the Supreme Being is strongly implanted in the sub conscious mind through regular practise of Natural Meditation during the life time. At the time of death, the sub conscious mind becomes active by way of projecting the NATURE of the Supreme Being because of regular practise during the life time by way of Meditation on the Supreme Being.]

Why Your Final Thoughts Determine Your Next Life

Stanza 110:

Whatever is the thinking at the moment of leaving the body (death), that person will attain the same thing (as described earlier).

Stanza 111:

Attaining any of the higher divine planes of existence [like {Bhuvarloka, Swargaloka (heaven), Mahaloka, Janoloka, Tapoloka, Satyaloka (where creator Bharma dwells)}] are all returnable (rebirth is inevitable). But only by attaining ME (the Supreme Being) one will not get rebirth (by attaining salvation) because I am beyond the time and space. All the divine planes are bound by time and space and they are not ETERNAL.

Stanza 115:

Just as wind is always in the sky, so is the creation (living and nonliving) created by ME is ever within ME.

Stanza 119:

When I bring forth the creation again, I create the living beings as per their karma, instincts, traits and tendencies (as accumulated in their account before dissolution).

My devotees constantly meditate on ME with dedication, and try to realise ME.

Key Lesson: Preparing the Mind for Transition

"Whatever a person thinks of at the moment of leaving the body, that alone do they attain."

Why Practice Matters Now:

  • The Final Frequency: At the time of death, your conscious mind fades and your subconscious takes over. It automatically “tunes” to the vibration you have practiced most during your life.

  • The Power of Habit: You cannot force a peaceful thought at the end if the mind is filled with chaos today. Regular meditation “implants” the divine nature into the subconscious.

  • Breaking the Cycle: To reach the Supreme Being and avoid the wheel of birth and death, one must cultivate unflinching devotion through daily practice.

The Goal: Make your meditation so natural that it becomes your mind’s “default setting” during life’s final moment.
